At the end of every year of high school, there was an Aids walk! If I can recall correctly, that means I successfully attended 3 out of 4 Aids Walk by the end of high school… I missed the last one cause I had a “UC writing exam” to take a certain week. Oh well, I suppose.

There’s me.. and my back. So there’s a bunch of stands you go around and get free stuff, including condoms…. and such. I remember there being “free gay magazines” at a stand, and me mistakingly saying to the people enthusiastally “OOH, these are my favorite magazines!”. Whoops.

I’m not exactly sure what Nhi is trying to reiterate in this picture, but it certainly seems like “WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TAKING A PICTURE OF ME?!”

For years now, the tradition had been to hold the Aids Walk at the University of California, Irvine… but for some reason they randomly swapped it to the Angel Stadium, which kind of sucks… cause there’s less of a food court around! Duh!

Here’s me with some Mexicans. It clearly looks like I’m trying to pick a fight with them. Anyway, if you can see there’s a sticker with a penis on George that says “Pontelo”. That means put it on, for those of you not fluent in Spanish – Lo being the direct object (?)

You know what’s annoying about these t-shirts? Some look obviously better tye’dyed than others. It’s sucha pity. Anyway, after 2 years of wearing yellow, we switched to tye dye shirts… Now? They’re back to plain white t shirts. Sigh.

If you can see correctly someone’s putting a condom in Howard’s mouth. I think it’s Brian or George.

Aww Justin… the one particular thing about Junior Year I liked was that I was able to form a friendship with him, after not being so close the year before (lols ?). It’s probably cause we were in choir together and united because of the genius of Mr. Nunez’s choir instruction. Uh….

And thus begins the walk. After standing around gathering free items and listening to a boring old speech, we finally got to walk around the stadium….. which was not a long walk by any standards of the word.
