In high school I had to give a presentation about how the President has to request funds from Congress to do anything…. The “skit” below is the end result, and must I say – it’s absolutely ridiculous (that I was able to get away with it)…

The following takes place between 2 PM and 3 PM

IRAQ BATTLE GROUNDS
American Soldier: AHHH. I need food… I need water… I need supplies to win this war!
Iraqi Insurgent: You’re going down American! *FIRES GUN*
American Soldier dies.

@ THE WHITE HOUSE
First Lady: Mr. PRESIDENT. It is in your best interest to request that Congress apportion you more funds for this war. The soldiers are dying due to Iraqi Insurgents.
President: I will takes your advice into consideration, my wife.

President: Hello. I would like to request funds, Congress.
Congress Representative: Okay, President Bush. We Congress people of the legislative branch will decide whether or not that is the right decision.
President: THANK YOU.

2 MONTHS LATER
President: Thanks to you, my wife, everything we need in Iraq is there.
First Lady: It is my pleasure, my favorite husband.

IRAQ BATTLE GROUNDS
American Soldier: OMG. I FEEL LIKE WE’RE GOING TO WIN, this FIGHT for independence!
American Soldier: This is for the murder of my brother! *FIRES GUN AT IRAQI INSURGENT*
